Fulmer's Chance to Silence Critics?

All Vol fans cheered Saturday night when Auburn took down Florida. It kept us mathematically still "in it". I'm sure where ever Coach Fulmer was he was also cheering, as it gives him a chance to prove the doubters wrong. We all know many Vol gans are calling for Fulmer's head, but when he was asked about it he told us that it hasn't affected him. And almost dropped a "I've been working like heck" line but it ended up being worded different. With the Vols facing the Bulldogs this Saturday he should be thinking about nothing other than a win. IF Fulmer can win Saturday against Mark Richt, who is 3-0 in Knoxville, it will start to silence downers. One key the Vols will need to have this Saturday is defense. If the defense shows up like they have the last few weeks, Georgia will pull a Florida on us. So here it is, the 2-2 Vols, who's fans are in complete disorder, have a chance to get right back into the thick of things. If Coach Fulmer can rally the troops and Chavis get the defense to maybe make a stop the Vols can get right back into the SEC race. Here's to wishful thinking.
