Secondary Thoughts

Saturday will be the forth game of the season. It will also be the forth different rotation the Vols will show in their starting defensive secondary. It's no secret that Tennessee's defense has looked pitiful this year as they have given up 40+ twice. The changes will be in freshman Eric Berry, had an interception for a TD last week, who will be back at strong safety. At cornerback it's between DeAngelo Willingham or freshman Brent Vinson. Injury has played some part in the changes as cornerback Antonio Gaines went down against Southern Miss with a season ending torn ACL. Jonathan Hefney will remain the starter at free safety and we are still waiting for him to show up. So far, he hasn't brought that senior leadership on defense we expected and has deffiniatly not played up to his preseason All-America role.

Getting to the Game

Whenever I need Tennessee Volunteers football tickets, I find myself at Front Row King, a great place for cheap college football tickets!
